Job Description

We’re looking for an Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets

Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities :

– Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts

– Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage

– Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses

– Conduct industry research and trends analysis

– Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans

– Gain an understanding of clients insurance-related needs

Requirements And Skills :

– Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years proven experience in Field sales

– Age range : 21 to 38 years old.

– Needs two-wheelers

– Local Candidate

– Highly motivated and able to effectively communicate with customers
