Job Description

Manages and supports a team of sales agents, sets targets, provides coaching, and ensures adherence to sales processes. Handles performance evaluations and addresses sales challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and support to improve individual and team performance.
  • Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
    Address sales challenges and implement strategies to overcome them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and fields sales
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
