Job Description
Duties and Positions:
• Use customer transaction banking requirements analysis to meet and surpass monthly goals for acquiring new customers.
• Regularly inform RM of opportunities and client requirements.
• Verify compliance with the organization’s SOPs and selling conventions.
• Assure stringent adherence to both internal and external regulations. Make sure sourcing is done well and in accordance with Bank policy.
• Advertising and branding: Take charge of the hospital’s branding initiatives, including the planning and implementation of marketing and promotion activities.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and assist the marketing team in achieving departmental objectives by offering direction and leadership.
• Making presentations or pitches to prospective customers that highlight the advantages of a product or service.
• Recognizing the needs of the customer and tailoring the offerings in accordance.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
