Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• By evaluating the customer’s transaction banking needs, meet and surpass the monthly goals for acquiring new customers.
• Give RM regular input regarding opportunities and client requirements.
• Verify that the organization’s SOPs and selling conventions are followed.
• Ensure that external regulations and internal guidelines are strictly followed. Make sure that sourcing is done well and in accordance with Bank policy.
• Branding and Advertising: Take charge of the hospital’s branding initiatives, including the planning and implementation of marketing and promotion activities.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and coach the marketing group, offering direction and direction to meet departmental objectives.
• Reaching out to potential customers and highlighting the advantages of products or services through presentations or pitches.

Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
