Agency Development Manager (ADM)

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and growing a network of insurance agents within a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents to meet sales targets.
• Motivate and inspire agents to achieve their maximum potential.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support for agents.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements in India.
