Job Description

Assist the Agency Development Manager in managing and growing the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment and training of new agents.
• Monitor agent performance and provide assistance as needed.
• Coordinate agent meetings and training sessions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the agency channel.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics in India.
