Job Description
As a Front Line Sales Manager, you will lead and support a team of sales agents, set performance targets, offer coaching, and ensure compliance with sales processes. You will also handle performance evaluations and tackle sales-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of sales agents to meet sales objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance both individual and team performance.
- Establish and track sales goals and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
- Address and resolve sales challenges, implementing strategies to overcome them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and field sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The position must be based locally.
