Front Line Sales Manager

Job Description

Directly responsible for selling insurance products to customers through a network of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
• Motivate and inspire agents to achieve their sales targets.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to agents.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure that agents are providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role w
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques in India.
