Job Description
Function and Duties:
• Recognize the new product’s specifications and make sure the dealers are well-informed.
• Educate prospective corporate on how to reduce learning and development expenses, retain talent longer, and match organizational objectives with employee upskilling objectives.
• Arrange and extend an invitation to influential corporate decision-makers to meet with leaders in academia to build positive relationships.
• Develop a rapport with important decision-makers at training facilities, both current and prospective.
• Ensure strategic alignment by carrying out comprehensive evaluations of prospective corporates.
• Comprehend the market dynamics, competition, and business model in great detail.
• Remain current on market advancements, rival product offerings, and industry trends.
• Implement promotional strategies and campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with the group to meet predetermined goals for recovery and make a positive impact on departmental objectives.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
