Manager of Assistant Sales

Job Description

Help the manager of agency development oversee and expand the agency channel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor agent performance and provide assistance as needed;
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new agents.
• Set up agent meetings and training sessions.
• Oversee administrative tasks pertaining to the agency channel.
• Encourage the development and implementation of a sales strategy.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree
• A year or two of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a group environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Indian insurance offerings and the workings of the market.
