Job Description
Oversee and coordinate a group of agents in a designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that agents are meeting sales targets and adhering to company standards.
- Provide mentorship and advice to agents.
- Identify and address issues with customer satisfaction or agent efficacy.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas that require improvement.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree
- A year or two of sales experience, with an emphasis on the insurance industry.
- Outstanding sales abilities and the ability to operate independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and bargaining skills.
- Proficiency in regional languages and understanding of the peculiarities of the local market.
- Knowledge of Indian insurance regulations and products.
