Job Description

Assist the agency development manager in managing and growing the agency channel.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the hiring and onboarding of new agents.
• Keep an eye on agent performance and offer support when required.
• Arrange training sessions and agent meetings.
• Manage agency channel-related administrative duties.
• Support the creation and application of sales strategy.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree.
• One to two years of sales experience, ideally in the insurance sector.
• Excellent analytical and organizing abilities.
• Capacity to function well in a collaborative setting.
• Outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Understanding of Indian insurance products and market dynamics.
