Job Description

Responsibilities:

– In charge of serving as the company’s sole point of contact for email correspondence.

– Give customers a call, introduce the business, and schedule a time for the sales team to meet.

– Creates written quotes and proposals for clients that are understandable and efficient.

– In charge of regularly following up with customers to close leads.

– Speak with potential clients and outline the advantages of the items.

– Function as the principal point of contact for clients, responding to questions, resolving concerns, and offering advice or product information as required.

– Develop enduring bonds with clients to increase contentment and fidelity.

– Make sure that customer demands are successfully satisfied by following up on sales inquiries and feedback.

– Manage schedules, file critical paperwork, and disseminate pertinent information to effectively coordinate the sales force.

– The coordinator helps with preparation by working with the sales team.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
