Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
– Holds the position of company’s sole point of contact for email correspondence.
– Give clients a call, explain the company, and schedule a time for the sales team to meet.
– Provides clients with concise, well-written quotes and proposals.
– In charge of routinely following up with the customer to close the deal.
– Engage potential clients in conversation by outlining the advantages of the products.
– As the main point of contact for clients, you will answer questions, handle problems, and offer advice or product information as required.
– To increase client happiness and loyalty, cultivate strong relationships.
– Assist customers in meeting their needs by following up on sales inquiries and comments.
– Manage timetables, file critical paperwork, and disseminate pertinent information to oversee the sales force.
– Coordination between the coordinator and the sales team helps with preparation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
