Field Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To maximize sales revenue for the company, greet customers, answer their inquiries, enhance merchandise engagement, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Fulfill his and his store’s objectives.

• Engage in any offers and promotions that the business may occasionally conduct in order to provide clients with opportunities and promotions.

• Educate consumers on all products the company has offered, including frames, sunglasses, prescription eyewear, accessories, and other items.

• Working without hesitation on any kind of work related to store expansion

– Strong sales for consumers purchasing

• Develop new business from existing ones and attract new clients.

• Establish rapport and a lasting connection with clients

• Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment goals while always seeking methods to improve efficiency and productivity.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
