Responsibilities

• Develop and put into action plans to improve the agency distribution network.

• Assemble, develop, and manage a competent group of agency partners and insurance agents.

• Develop connections with important stakeholders and work with departments to support ideas.

• Monitor market dynamics and analyze sales metrics to enhance performance and attain objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Effective leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
