Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate insurance agents to meet sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
• Analyze sales metrics and support agent performance.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales.
• Strong sales, team management, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulations.
• Must be local.
