Job Description
The Agency Development Manager (ADM) will recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors to drive sales and business growth. This role involves setting performance targets, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
- Conduct training and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor and manage advisor performance.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client and advisor relationships.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report on performance metrics.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, including field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and client management skills
- Skilled in sales data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Must be a resident of the local area.
