The Associate Agency Development Manager will assist in recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
- Organize and deliver training programs.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide support.
- Contribute to business development and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales roles, with a focus on field sales.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management abilities.
- Expertise in analyzing sales data and tracking performance metrics.
- Local residency is required.
