Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• To locate, identify, and seize business possibilities, both immediate and long-term.
• To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and with new customer bases.
• To maintain customer retention by making sure that customers’ continuing expectations are satisfied.
• Overseeing all day-to-day sales operations, such as prospecting, market development, service agreements, and proposals.
• Monitor the field team’s daily activities and provide guidance, training, and motivation to help them achieve both personal and organizational goals.
• Providing instruction on items, selling techniques, lead prospecting, and closing techniques to subordinates in order to help them acquire the necessary abilities.
• Checks in with any customers to ensure their satisfaction with the goods.
• Proactively locating and getting in touch with potential clients, as well as following up on sales leads.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
