Job Description
This role focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with banking partners, driving investment product sales, and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand banca channel partnerships
- Manage relationships with key partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of channel strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide training and support to sales teams to maximize performance
Requirements :
– Candidate must be a Bachelor.
– Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales and BFSI Products.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to analyze investment options and provide tailored recommendations.
