Job Description

This role focuses on managing and enhancing relationships with banking partners, driving investment product sales, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand banca channel partnerships
  • Manage relationships with key partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of channel strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to maximize performance

Requirements :

– Candidate must be a Bachelor.

– Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales and BFSI Products.

– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to analyze investment options and provide tailored recommendations.
