Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and seasoned sales manager to manage our agency channel in the life insurance industry.

·         Oversee and empower an agency-focused group of insurance agents.

·         Create and put into action efficient sales strategies to meet revenue goals and increase market share.

Requirements

·         The ideal degree is a bachelor.

·         A track record of success in sales management, especially in the agency portion of the life insurance business.

·         Outstanding communication abilities and strong leadership traits.

·         Have an analytical mentality and prioritize producing outcomes.

·         Has to be situated locally.
