Functions and Accountabilities:
• By expanding to the greatest extent feasible within the designated territory, strengthen the distribution and sales network. Make sure current clients are receiving enough attention.
• Recognize the demographics of the market and tailor your sales approach to the different consumer categories.
• Control the fundamental distribution metrics, like channel satisfaction and profitability.
• Launch proactive relationship-building initiatives by maintaining consistent and productive communication with retailers and field sales representatives.
• Through methodical marketing and merchandising efforts, Partners—Distributors, Retailers, and Field Sales Executives—will receive greater value.
• Create accurate Market Intelligence reports in a timely manner that describe the shifting client patterns and the performance of competitors.
• Closely collaborate with the network team to comprehend and enhance mobile networks in the markets.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 ears of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
