Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain a network of agents
– Lead and manage 8-10 sales advisors
– Develop and execute sales strategies
– Drive lead generation and business development
– Train and motivate the sales team

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 2+ years of field sales experience
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Driver’s license and bike ownership
– Local candidate preferred
