Job Description
In order to increase sales and meet growth objectives, the Area Sales Manager will oversee and lead a group of insurance agents in a predetermined area. This position includes hiring and training agents, establishing and keeping track of sales targets, and making sure that corporate rules and legal requirements are followed.
Responsibilities:
· Create and implement a sales strategy in order to reach goals.
· Hire, develop, and oversee insurance representatives.
· Keep an eye on performance and offer coaching.
· Examine market trends and modify tactics as necessary.
· Maintain excellent customer service standards and address concerns that escalate.
· Create sales reports and keep precise documentation.
Requirements:
· The ideal degree is bachelor.
· A track record of success in sales management, especially in the agency portion of the life insurance business.
· Outstanding communication abilities and strong leadership traits.
· Have an analytical mentality and prioritize producing outcomes.
· Has to be situated locally.
