Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Agency Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive agency growth. You will oversee sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Hire, train, and motivate sales staff.

· Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.

·  Develop and maintain strong client connections.

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency partners.

·  Monitor sales metrics and report results.

·   Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies.

Requirements:

•  Sales experience minimum 1years

•   Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

•   Must be local candidate.

•    A bachelor’s is preferable.
