Job Title: Branch Manager – ABP Channel

Location: Godhra, Amreli

Reports to: Regional Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sales: Drive sales targets through agents and partnerships; identify new business opportunities.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead branch staff; set performance goals and conduct reviews.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service; resolve complex issues.
• Operations: Oversee daily branch operations; manage expenses and ensure compliance.
• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and market analysis.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage risks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5-7 years in sales and branch management, ideally in insurance.
