Job Description
Lead and expand our agency channel in a designated region. Drive sales, recruit and manage agencies, and implement strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.
Responsibilities:
- Execute regional sales plans and achieve targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage agency partners.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Support and guide agencies to enhance performance.
- Report on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, including field sales.
- Proven sales success and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
