Job Description

Lead and optimize our Agency Channel sales. Drive performance, manage agency relationships, and implement growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and manage agency teams.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support and monitor agency performance.
  • Report on sales performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven sales success and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
