Job Description

What You’ll Do: 

1. Recruit/appoint agents
2. Sale of life insurance through agents.
3. Training, handholding, motivating & developing agents for better productivity.
4. Meet sales target month on month basis.
5. Good communication and must be local candidate.
6. Team building & Team handling.

Who You Are: 
Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Have at least 2 years of experience in field sales.
Possess excellent communication and sales skills.
Own a bike and a valid driver’s license.
