Associate Agency Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Agency Manager to support our agency’s growth and help manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist the Agency Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

·         Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet agency goals.

·         Support and train team members, helping them achieve their targets.

·         Track performance metrics and prepare reports for the Agency Manager.

Requirement:

Previous sales experience minimum 1 years.
·         Strong communication and sales skills.

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.
