Job Description

As an Agency Business Partner, you’ll manage and grow relationships with agency partners, drive business development, and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll develop strategies, monitor performance, provide training, and resolve issues to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong agency relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Monitor performance and prepare reports.
  • Provide training and support to agency partners.
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience In BFSI
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • CTC Upto 6.50 LPA
