Branch Manager – Agency Channel
Location : Surat, Ahmedabad
Reports to : Regional Manager
Responsibilities :
- Sales : Drive sales targets through agents and partnerships; identify new business opportunities.
- Team Management : Recruit, train, and lead branch staff; set performance goals and conduct reviews.
- Customer Service : Ensure high standards of customer service; resolve complex issues.
- Operations : Oversee daily branch operations; manage expenses and ensure compliance.
- Reporting : Provide regular performance reports and market analysis.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage risks.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree
- Experience : 5-7 years in Life Insurance, 2 Years Team Leading
- CTC Upto 13 LPA
