Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing as well as new onboarded clients
• Develop and grow prospects and existing customers
• You will focus on building relationships with dealers, retail outlets, builders, and kitchen designers, focused on understanding customer needs and working to provide a positive buying experience that drives revenue growth
• Proactively engage dealer and retail partners across your assigned territory to sell Cabinetworks products. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate kitchen cabinet solutions
• Initially focused on expanding existing accounts and growing market share
• Regularly interact with the outside sales teams to drive sales and ensure market coverage
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Regularly communicate strategic and tactical information to sales leadership regarding competitors impacting assigned responsibility
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Utilize Salesofrce.com to track customer interactions and your sales pipeline
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
