As a Unit Sales Manager within the agency channel, you will lead a team of insurance agents to meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, and track performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and build strong client relationships.
- Execute and oversee sales strategies.
- Cultivate robust relationships with clients and the agency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, including field sales.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
