Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Craft and present persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers.

• Help in developing and putting into action marketing strategies that promote revenue growth.

• Attend customer meetings and business presentations to properly represent the organization.

• Work together with the marketing group to guarantee that sales targets are fulfilled and surpassed.

• Speak with female caregivers and maids to persuade them to download our mobile applications.

• Gain users for our Google Play Store applications, Yellow Maids and Yellow Partner.

• Find referrals and other qualified leads to create new business prospects. Provide sales and marketing information, as well as any necessary follow-up information.

• Close deals by reaching out to potential customers, building rapport, and suggesting solutions.

• Closely collaborate with the sales group to find new business prospects.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
