Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Using company-shared dashboards to track, analyze, and discuss important quantitative information and business trends
• Select the best candidates for sales positions, establish team goals, mentor and train staff, and keep an eye on performance to make sure allotted duties are completed.
• Lead the sales team to make sure the company’s business requirements are met by establishing daily check-ins with the team to establish goals and routinely assess progress.
• Oversee and carry out the primary and secondary weekly and monthly goals of the organization.
• To expand business prospects within both existing and potential clientele in line with the sales plan.
• Minimize complaints as much as possible; if they do arise, handle them skillfully by putting the needs of the client first.
• Assisting the marketing team in launching appropriate promotional and customer communication efforts by providing market research, data analytics, and insights.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
