Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Creating marketing plans, promoting all kinds of new insurance agreements, and suggesting enhancements or modifications to current ones
• Building fruitful connections through networking, cold calling, using referrals, and other means in order to develop a pool of potential customers from diverse sources.
• Assessing the demands and financial situation of a company or a specific consumer and recommending protection options that satisfy their requirements
• The ability to create and carry out strategic marketing initiatives that complement overarching corporate goals.
• Provide thorough training courses to agents to guarantee their sales and product expertise.
• Continue to coach and assist the agency team to improve their performance.
• Give customers accurate product information and support them in making selections.
• Professionally respond to questions and complaints from customers, elevating issues to management as needed.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
