A Banking Sales Representative helps customers by offering them banking, financial, and insurance products that match their needs.
Responsibilities:
Sell banking products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.
Find new customers and explain how different products can help them.
Give advice to customers about what banking or insurance products are best for them.
Meet sales goals and make sure customers are happy.
Build good relationships with customers so they keep coming back.
Keep track of customer details and help solve any problems or questions they have.
Learn about new products and stay updated on trends in banking and finance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a similar field (preferred).
Experience in sales in banking or finance is helpful.
Good at talking to people and helping them understand products.
Basic knowledge of banking and insurance.
Able to work towards goals and stay calm under pressure.
Friendly and helpful, with problem-solving skills.
