Job Description

A sales development manager or team leader is responsible for leading a team that identifies and develops new sales opportunities. They help the team achieve their goals and support the overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities: 
Lead and manage the sales development team to find new customers.
Set clear goals and targets for the team and track their progress.
Train and support team members to improve their skills and performance.
Develop strategies to attract potential clients and increase sales leads.
Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, to create effective campaigns.
Prepare reports for management on team performance and sales activities.
Solve any issues the team faces in reaching their goals.

Qualifications: 
Experience in sales or sales development, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
