Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

• Mediate negotiations; advise customers on pricing and market conditions.

• Offer clients advice and counsel on how to buy real estate at the best price and conditions.

• Recognize the demands of your clients and offer the finest solutions for them.

• Scheduling Engagement Meetings with the Assigned Leads. providing HNI clients with exceptional, individualized service through showing, advising, and selling.

• Getting potential customers to become buyers by showcasing suitable primary residential properties that meet their investment requirements.

• Use a comparative market analysis to determine the worth of properties.

• Closely collaborate with the internal CRM team to provide seamless after-sale support.

• Establish rapport, respect others, lead by example, motivate action, encourage creativity, keep the client in mind, work together, find innovative solutions to challenges, and exhibit the highest standards of honesty.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
