Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated sales executive to drive sales in our agency channel by building strong relationships with agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new agency partners.
• Present and explain life insurance products to agents and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with agency partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide training and support to agents.
• Monitor market trends and feedback.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
