- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
- Adding new agents to the Business via Recruiting Agents
- Provide excellent customer service and support to agency partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or Marketing
- Strong understanding of financial services industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be local candidate prefer
- Bachelors degree
