Seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Agency Channel in the BFSI sector, driving sales performance and developing agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and agency partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with agency partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct market assessments to adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management within the BFSI sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be local.
