Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and business development executive to oversee our agency channel in the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and develop a team of insurance agents within the agency channel.

· Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

· Foster relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement

· Demonstrating and presenting products.

· Establishing new business.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Proven sales management experience in life insurance, particularly in the agency channel.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.

· Must be local.
