Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• To determine potential sales and assess client needs, conduct market research.
• Oversee the hiring, development, and training of a top-notch group of individuals committed to finding and completing business.
• Continually look for new sales opportunities via networking, cold calling, and channel sales.
• Arrange meetings with prospective customers, pay attention to their desires and worries, and supply the necessary goods from the list of shops on hand.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to create and carry out quarterly and monthly business plans that are specific to the peculiarities of each city market.
• Work together with the Agartala sales team to improve outcomes.
• Additionally, get input from clients or potential clients and share it with internal teams.
• Creating leads, getting to know clients, and assisting them with onboarding.
• The onboarded consumers’ activation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
