Roles & Responsibility :
– Find competent financial consultants from open market
– Take care of your agents and advisors and active for output for business
– By using your agents, discover new business opportunities
– Assign them a task in sales and encourage them.
– Obtain the sales objective through intensives.
– Outstanding people and leadership abilities
Candidate prerequisite :
– Must have a bachelor degree.
– Field sales experience of at least two years
– The capacity to manage a group of advisors
– Not to be a job-hopper
– Ready to go on sale
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 300,000.00 – 400,000.00 per year
