Role & Responsibilities:
Leadership Development: Hire and manage branch leaders to drive sales and customer engagement.
Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and oversee business partners in the designated area.
Training & Motivation: Provide training and motivation to partners, enhancing their skills in recruiting agents.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess partner performance to ensure alignment with goals.
Customer Engagement: Meet with potential customers to promote banking products and services.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 4 years in Sales, specifically in Banking or Financial Services
Specialization: Prior experience in Life Insurance Sales is essential.
Age: 25 to 45 years
