Positions and Obligations:
• To find opportunities for sales and assess client demands, conduct market research.
• Oversee the hiring, coaching, and growth of a top-notch group of individuals committed to finding and completing business transactions.
• Employ networking, cold calling, and channel sales to aggressively pursue new business prospects.
• Arrange meetings with prospective customers, pay attention to their needs and worries, and supply the necessary merchandise from the list of providers.
• In order to create and carry out monthly and quarterly business strategies that are specific to the peculiarities of each city market, work with cross-functional teams.
• To improve outcomes, work together with the Agartala sales team.
• Additionally, obtain and share with internal teams any feedback received from clients or potential clients.
• Generating leads, interacting with clients, and assisting them with onboarding.
• The onboarding process’ activation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
