We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead our sales team. • Guide and inspire the field sales group to surpass their goals.

• Identify and manage agency partners.

• Optimize performance and put data-driven sales tactics into practice.

• Compile market research and modify plans as necessary.

• Maintain compliance and create reports on performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent market understanding, communication, and leadership skills.

• Its degree is a bachelor’s.

• One to two years of sales experience.

• Thorough understanding of agency operations and life insurance products.

• You need to be a local resident.
